Await thee on this Quest, so do prepare!

To rid thyself of worries, then steer clear,

Distinguishing joy not from what you fear,

 

And if the Darkness you would not avoid,

Then, by this Challenge, you'll be overjoyed;

To be destroyed and then remade anew:

Such is the Boon which lies in store for you.

 

Proceed, then, if you deem no path "too hard"

And no one satisfied who leaves unscarred.

The Travels are a story more than ten years in the making and still in-development, yet they've already earned both praise and notoriety for their bemusing puzzles, cryptic narrative, archaic setting, sweeping soundtrack, and surreal aesthetics. Waking up in an abandoned castle with no recollection of his history or purpose, our hero has to pull the pieces of his old identity together from the clues he's scattered all about both land and sea, across three countries. What he will discover may yet lead him to the very heart of understanding -- and confronting -- Good and Evil in their very essence. Target audience is 18+, predominantly for its heavy subject matter, challenging vernacular, and unforgiving, no-hands-held design philosophy. It's sink or swim with this one, but each new frontier discovered may yet make it worth the pain.
